Easy 4-ingredient Energy Bites

Peanut Butter and chocolate come together in these EASY 4-ingredient energy bites. –
Gluten-free & low in sugar, it’s the perfect snack for more energy!


  • 1 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 c.  organic almond or peanut butter
  • 1/3 c. maple syrup or honey
  • 1/3 c. dark chocolate or carob chips


  1. Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll 1 T. of mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
