Peanut Butter and chocolate come together in these EASY 4-ingredient energy bites. –
Gluten-free & low in sugar, it’s the perfect snack for more energy!
- 1 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 c. organic almond or peanut butter
- 1/3 c. maple syrup or honey
- 1/3 c. dark chocolate or carob chips
- Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
- Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
- Roll 1 T. of mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer.
