The Greek pasta salad that will crush at your next cookout!
All the classic flavors you love, paired with gluten-free pasta. Opa!
- Trader Joe’s gluten-free fusilli pasta, cooked al dente.
- Cucumbers – chopped.
- Cherry tomatoes – halved.
- 3 green scallions – finely chopped.
- Primal Kitchen Greek vinaigrette dressing (1/2 cup).
- Goat cheese crumbles.
- Cook pasta, drain, rinse, and chill.
- Place in large bowl and add cucumbers, scallions, cherry tomatoes, and dressings.
- Toss to coat evenly and top with goat cheese.
