- 8 ounces bone broth
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon each - ground turmeric & ginger (may also use fresh, if preferred)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- Combine all ingredients in blender or Vita-Mix and blend for 60-seconds.
- If using fresh ginger and/or turmeric, strain mixture through tea strainer into mug.
